In our competitive education system, it is easy to feel lost and directionless, as we are caught up in the endless pursuit of academic excellence and impressive portfolios. That is why RI’s Interact Club, as one of the largest service CCAs in this school, aims to offer students the chance to detach themselves from the stresses of schoolwork and find fulfilment in the simple joys of volunteering. There are neither trophies to win nor competitions to train for, but our members often find great meaning in bringing light to those around them who need a helping hand.

Muay Thai, kickboxing, taekwondo, karate…when you hear the names of such martial arts, what comes to mind is probably the powerful punches and fanciful kicks we see in movies. To you, Judo is probably no different. But if you think that way, allow us to correct your misconceptions and share more about what we do in this CCA!

Raffles Modern Dance is a close-knit community consisting of dancers who explore, appreciate and deepen our understanding of contemporary dance together. Our instructor, Mr Goh Shou Yi, teaches us not only about the intricacies of dance, but its technicalities as well. Under our instructor’s guidance, our dancers evolve into passionate and confident individuals.
