We Are Using Too Many Acronyms In Society.

And I’ve had enough of this.

TDIAB (The Day It All Began)

Unfun fact #1: Some common ‘words’ that are actually acronyms include RADAR (Radio Detection And Ranging), TASER (Tom A. Swift Electric Rifle), LASER (Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation) and SCUBA (Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus).

The Art of Third Wheeling: That’s How I Roll

Reading Time: 6 minutes

By Betty Ding (25A01B) and Peh Zhi Ning (25A01B)

But this isn’t a story about productivity hacks, or routines.

This is a story about a boy who wanted to be a king.

Gym: A simpler existence

Reading Time: 6 minutes

The best thing about the gym is also its worst thing: Its addictiveness. When you get that pump started, the whole world can go to hell for those few extra reps.

This is the most difficult feeling to convey to non-gym goers. A lot of people don’t understand why we would make the conscious decision to push our bodies to the limit, especially amidst our hectic schedules. In truth, neither did I.

Bored of all the talk over the “Climate Emergency”? Secretly hoping for the destruction of Earth’s climate? Or perhaps you are an aspiring shrewd businessman who wants to continue profiteering from fossil fuels?
