The annual Raffles Business Symposium is an annual highlight, where students from various JCs tackle contemporary business challenges with innovative solutions. This year, we saw a range of groundbreaking ideas, from turning food wastage on its head, to changing the very way our food system operates. Additionally, the entrepreneurial advice from our esteemed judges truly gave our budding entrepreneurs a look into the future, and taught us how we can continue improving along our journey.
Entreweek 2023 was an absolutely unforgettable experience! We managed to invite Mr Tan Szue Hann, a successful and distinguished entrepreneur, to come over and share invaluable knowledge about his work in sustainability and his past projects as well as what he envisions our future in sustainability to be like. Moreover, the carnival booth games brought out the competitive spirit in all of us, and we had an absolute blast seeing everyone having so much fun while learning about social enterprises. The Ren.co store and Olive Tree booth were a huge hit, and we’re thrilled to have contributed to supporting various social enterprises!
Our yearly internship takes us to YCH Group, Singapore’s largest home-grown supply chain solutions company and leading regional supply chain management partner to many of the world’s leading brands across Asia Pacific. The internship truly inspired a deeper understanding towards business management amongst our members. It was truly an enriching experience for each and every one of us.
Innovation is at the core of REN’s DNA. It’s where ideas flourish and are brought to life. It’s a place where creativity is nurtured and celebrated. As a REN member, you’ll also have the chance to design and produce your products, fostering your creativity. With school-based sales and external collaborations, you can bring your ideas to life. Not only that, you’ll get the FULL experience of the entrepreneurship process, namely through Ideation, Sourcing, Sales and Distribution!
