On 27 May 2016, Friday, Delta Sports Hall was aroar with loud shrieks of joy and cheers as defending champions Raffles Institution (RI) defeated Meridian Junior College (MJC) with a narrow margin of 2-1 in the National A Division Floorball Championship finals to secure the top spot in their season.

Cheer, Fight, Unite: A Division Netball Finals 2016

Despite being in the far West of Singapore, Jurong East Sports Hall was alive with excitement and packed with students and supporters alike eager to watch the A Division Netball Finals on 26th May 2016. The RI team was up against formidable opponent Hwa Chong Institution (HCI), and the anticipation among the spectators was palpable even before the game started, with both sides of the hall proudly displaying their school banners in a show of immeasurable pride and support.

A Y5 student walks into a classroom on a Monday morning. He sits in a circle with four other students at the back of the classroom. He reads off the instructions on the board and turns to look at the student sitting opposite him. He gulps. “I-I think I have a crush on you,” he mutters. The student on the receiving end panics momentarily, but quickly recovers.

The Rock Concert Gotham Deserves: Rockout 2016

ANARCHY — a state of disorder characterised by the absence of authority. Indeed, it was this theme that set the tone for Raffles Rock’s annual concert: Rockout, held on the 27th of May at *SCAPE Ground Theatre. Decked out in outfits based off villains from the Batman series, each band went beyond their limits to give their original take on both newer and older songs from bands, ranging from Queen to Bring Me the Horizon, never failing to disappoint the large, buzzing, crowd.
