Squash is a high-intensity sport where players alternate in striking the ball with their rackets onto the playable surfaces of the four walls of the court. How do you win? You simply hit the ball such that the opponent is not able to return the shot. Do not underestimate the tiny, black ball! HEY! YOU!

Ever wondered what it’s like to try a new team sport? Raffles Ultimate (RU) might just be the place for you!

These underlying principles reinforce mutual respect and trust between opponents, communication and conflict resolution skills, and self-confidence – both on and off the field of play.
